Templates Download Instructions: The templates available below can be downloaded and then printed. They can then be filled out and faxed back to NextDay Sheet Metal for a quote and/or to make an order. On the left is a list of our products which we have provided templates for, as well as a description of some of the possible uses for each. Once you select a template on the left, a small version of the template will be displayed on the right, which will then link you to the page from which the template can be downloaded. Instructions for downloading are included below. 1. First select (click on) the appropriate product from the list on the left, and if the display on the right is what you are looking for, then click on the picture or the link. 2. The link will open to a full page display of the template. Right-click on the image and select "Save image as..." and save it to the desired location on your computer. 3. Open the image by either double-clicking on it, or opening it in a specific image viewing software. 4. Print the file. 5. Fill the template out and then fax it back to us at (310)456-7189.
